Reporting a wrong answer
If something in a game is wrong, send us the game, the name shown, and the correct information. Corrections go into the next database update.
Suggesting an addition
We are short of names, particularly singers, actors and footballers from the Gulf and North Africa. If you have a list, send it, even if it is only names. Additions go in as batches rather than daily, because every addition reshuffles the puzzle order and we do not want someone mid-cycle to see the same answer twice.
Suggesting a new game
We think about new games constantly. If you have a category that would work as a daily guess, television series, books, cities, landmarks, send it along with the attributes that could serve as hints, such as country, year and type.
Advertising with us
For sponsorship, direct advertising or partnership enquiries, use the same address and put the word advertising in the subject line so it reaches the right person faster.
Reporting a technical problem
If something breaks, tell us the game, your device, your browser and exactly what happened. A screenshot helps a great deal. Your results are stored in your browser, so if they vanish suddenly the usual cause is cleared browsing data or a private window.
